5. Wallet & Blockchain Data

When you connect a crypto wallet to our platform, we record your public wallet address for the purposes of processing deposits and sending returns. We do not store, access, or transmit any private keys, seed phrases, or recovery words — at any point.

Please be aware that blockchain transactions are publicly visible and immutable. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed by us or anyone else.

Your private key and seed phrase never leave your wallet application. We have no ability to access them, and we will never ask for them.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect your personal data, including:

  • TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers
  • Password hashing using bcrypt — we never store plain-text passwords
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) available on all accounts
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Access controls limiting internal data access to authorised personnel only

No system is completely immune to risk. In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users promptly in accordance with applicable law.
